Premier Protein shakes are delicious! I can’t wait to try the cinnamon.

I feel stuck...I have been at the same weight for the last 3 weeks and I'm getting depressed that I haven't lost anything in 3 weeks. Any suggestions on how to kick start the weight loss again? I am happy that I'm not gaining but would still like to be losing.

I finally got around to loading picture. They aren't great but at least you can see progress.

So I finally decided that it was time to go shopping for new clothes since all of mine were too big. With 60lbs gone they should be too big. Mom and I went shopping and she picked up a size 18 and told me to try it on. I told her there was no way it was going to fit. She convinced me to try it on...OMG...it fit. I was shocked.  I was a size 26/28 the morning on surgery and now almost 4 months post surgery I am wearing a size 18/20. I haven't been this size in 15 years. It feels great! I'm looking forward to the continued weight loss and getting to try on new clothes. Until now I have hated shopping...now I look forward to being able to go shopping because my clothes no longer fit...but it's because they are too big instead of too tight.

I am two months post surgery and have lost 45lbs since the morning of surgery. I was so excited the first few weeks when I was losing 7lbs a week. It has slowed down to 3 or 4 now. I was really disappointed on week 4 when I had only lost 3lbs but was advised by my doctor that this was normal and everything was right on track. Still having issues with eating meat but I feel great and have already gotten rid of two trash bags full of clothes. I guess I should post a new picture of myself. :-)

Okay....so surgery is on Monday and I'm getting a little nervous. I have been so excited about have the surgery since I got the letter saying it was approved. Now the butterflies are setting in. Wish me luck!!
