Ahhhh, The sweet smell of a new journey!

Well it's friday and this past week has gone by so fast.  I mean, feels like just yesterday I had my surgery and here it is a whole week and 2 days later, amazing!!  The healing part is going well, and I am doing everything I am supposed to and still I am swollen.  My PCP says that my body is shock and withdrawl and is rebeling.  Makes me feel like an adict!  C'mon body get with the program!! Yeah, maybe yelling at it will make it better.

One thing is for sure I do not miss taking all those HBP meds with their icky side effects! 

I acually went thru buyers remorse!!!  You know, the 'what did I just do' thinking.  I know it will get better, it just takes time, patience, and sticking to the PLAN STAN!  I just wish there was an eaiser way to help my body through this water retaining time.  I just want it to come off now!!!  It feels like I have these water bags on my legs and I want them to bust already!!!!  Did I metion I am trying to be patient, I am not a very good student of Patience U
