My stitches hurt

 I have hold my belly from the bottom to walk because I feel my stitches will stretch and bust open. They are the kind that will desolve underneath.  What the hell! I'm in pain. 

Water. it's all I'm drinking.. and it's getting boring. People tell me to say away from crystal light, jello, tomato soup. because I complained of my "GAS". I guess tomato soup has high sugar..and can make me "dump"  But.. it says I can eat it on the guide thing they give me.

I hate this!
