"When I decided to have the RnY WLS I asked for surgeon recommendation from the friends I knew that had the surgery before. I went to two seminars. The first one was in Decatur, very crowded and affliated with Dekalb Medical Center. The second was at Northside/Forsyth with Dr. Johnson. The seminars were the same and everyone loves their doctor. So in the end, my decision was ultimately determined by the staff and the facility. Dr. Johnsons's staff and Northside Hospital are far superior to the other options.
The best recommendation I can give Dr. Johnson comes from the result. My surgery went wonderfully and I have not had any complications. The only way I can tell I've had surgery at all is from the weight loss and my body's reaction to sugar! I highly recommend Dr. Johnson."
