I always look forward to summer. Even when I was heavy, I still enjoyed swimming and being outside. One of my vanity goals for losing weight was to get into a two piece swimsuit. Not a tankini two piece....been there and done that, but a real two piece. Well, after losing 93 lbs, I bought one for this summer. I cannot express in mere words how much that means to me. I am no Cindy Crawford mind you, but I feel great in it!!!! I will post pictures when I can find an old one to compare it to. Anyway, I'm feeling proud of myself today and wanted to spread that inspiration around....besides your health, have some other goal in mind, too. It helps keep you motivated. I have a friend who wants to shop at Victoria's Secret and that is her vanity goal. Anyway, much love and support from this former fat girl!! Enjoy the summer!!!
