3 Months update

So I hit my 3 month on 02/03/2009 and woke up to 199.6 on the scale... what a great day. Still at 199.8 so I have hit a bit of a wall. I will not worry cause I know this too shall pass. I am hoping to lose down to 195.00 by 02/23/2009 when I go see my huband Keith in Mississippi. I am comfortably wearing size 16 jeans, size 8 shoe (yes gone down 1/2 a size) and a 14/16 top and even some size large tee shirts.I work out at the gym 1 - 3 times a week. I do a 16 min mile by alternating walking and jogging. Then I do crunches, some yoga stretches, leg lifts, jumping jacks and even jump rope some. Then I move to the "Total Body Workout" which is a lot like curves but you use weighted machines and instead of walking in place you do stationary bike, or Arc Trainer (kind of like elipitical). I have beendoing this for just over a month and can see a huge difference in my energy level, and the time getting longer that I can work out before giving up. I am also making sure I will not burn myself out on it either or push my self too hard that it sucks and is no longer ...fun... for lack of a better word.
I have met some very friendly women at the gym and have shared my story... even though I see myself as being a plus size woman, it is odd for me to hear them say, WOW you look great!!!
Emotional Moment: Even though I saw 199 on my digital scale at home, at the gym yesterday on the "SLIDE SCALE" it was a moment I will never forget that I put in on the 200 lbs then had to move it down to the 150 lbs then move the smaller one... I have NEVER seen that as an adult...such an amazing moment.
