i started my wls journey i guess i could say in november 2010 and did all the appointments i needed to do and made the decision to have the rny and my surgury is in three weeks now!! i am so excited and tomorw i start my optifast, i find that today has been the day i have said goodbye to all the old foods i been having and looking forward to my future with much better and healthier choices. would love to have many friends on here and if anyone has advice i would love it from anyone
