Hello,

This is all new for me. (talking about my weight issues) in the past I just pretended I looked like everyone else. And kept eating my way threw life. Happy, sad, angry you name it every emotion had food attached to it.
I have been overweight most of my adult life I am 5' 3" and #225. I have tried several different approaches with minimal results. .
