The Dough Boy has left the building!!!

Finally i got my water pills and today is my 3rd day back on board! I weighed this morning and I weighed in at 218.8!!! My ankles have gone down and my hands as well! I was able to put my rings back on yesterday.  Now I am back to where I left off! I have 1 more pound to loose then I can report in!  Hope all is well with all of my friends out there!  A big "THANK YOU" to you all for your encouragement along the way, it is the ONLY reason I have been able to hang on!!!
