"My first impression of Dr. Noyan was that he truly did care about his patients. He went through everything & made sure I understood what I was getting into. He seems like a very nice and caring person. His receptionist also had the surgery done, too she's very nice. His wife is the nurse there and she's nice, too! So far I am still going through all of my pre-certifications but I am getting VERY close now. A little nervous but excited at the same time!!! :) "
