Hi i am 9 month out and i have lost 197#.. I feel so good...

well ill be 5 months out in 2 days and i have lost from surgury date 105# i feel so good and im down 2 clothes sizes...wow had to go shopping....LOL man was that fun....

I will be out 4 weeks tomorrow and i feel great! I am down 50# from surgery and 86# from the begining of my journey. So far everything i have ate has stayed down..that was my fear... that nothing would settle.. but so far so good...

Well im 2 weeks out today and i have lost 29# total... went to my dr on monday and lost 19# and today im 10more # down... and i feel so good.. im walking out side and in the stores. i just have to get out of the house.. I have to go see the surgon that did my surgury tomorrow...

well i had my surgury 4-26 and all went well.. i also had the female surgury the same day... both doc's  said i did very well. im so happy to be on the losers bench..i have my follow up w\ the bariatric doc next friday..the day i can start of solid foods....hmmm what will i try first...LOL

Well tomorrow is the big day... see ya all on the losers bench!! Best of luck to everyone having surgery w\ me tomorrow...

I just recd my approval letter today... YIPPIE 
pre op testing and ultra sound dates all set...

I finaly have a date for my surgury it is April 26th 2007. Im so happy.. its been tought meeting all the requirements.. but i made it...

I faxed all my forms in now im just waiting on the nurse to call me back for my 4 hr appt... Im so excited.. I have read so much on here it has helped me so much...

Well yesterday i called the surg office and spoke to the nurse and i have my 4hr appt with the pa on july 25th YIPPIE!! Im so excited... im on my way...i also went to a support group at my nutritions office last night and WOW it was awsome.. There were people there that had the surg, getting ready and thinking about it. Lots of info....

I just finished my 3rd session with Cathy here on OH to become a chapter leader.. im so excited!! Im hoping to find a place to hold our meetings this week.. and then we will be on our way... YIPPIE..

I called my pcp and spoke to the nurse that makes all the appts.. i had to put a little fire under her to get my pulmanary appt schedualed and my nut eval...LOL...i have my pul... set for 2 weeks and i have to call the nut dr back for that visit.. im getting there.. i just with i had a date....

Well i had my appt at the pulmanary dr and all went well.. my pc is having trouble finding a phyc dr for me to go to... the one they called said they were not sure if they were doing bariactric pt any more... so they are giving them a run around so i called my pc and said lets look for another....I go to get weighed in today w my nutritionist... YIPPIE>...LOL maybe a few more pounds closer to getting a date!

well i have had my phyc  and my pulmanary clerance... YIPPIE and my diet dr said im doing very well . .i have 22 more #'s to go for goal!! i can do i have started CURVES and swim 2 x a week....
