Hello OH family, hope everyone had a blessed and safe Thanksgiving....I'm down to 145 lbs. This is as far as I want to go. This was the original goal weight I had picked for myself. My doctor only wanted me to lose down to 162 lbs. I really don't want to lose any morwe weight. I'm a good size 8 pants dress I could wear a 6 or 8. I'm thankful where I'm at...Will update later....
