Rancocas Valley Hospital

"Not obese friendly, not educated about the nutritional requirements or other needs of gastric bypass patients, and the dietician doesn't care to learn either."

Richard Golden

"Initially Dr Golden was against referring me for gastric bypass surgery, but after I convinced him that I had done my research and knew what I was doing, and was going to do it with or without his approval, he finally gave me the referral. He has since become a believer in this surgery by watchingmy progress and refers other patients now as well."

David Watts

"Dr Watt is an excellent plastic surgeon. I would recommend him to everybody. He did my brest reduction, rhytidectomy (flab fromsides removed) and brachioplasty. Although I had to appeal two initial denials for the brachioplasty and rhytidectomy, my insurance finally covered all procedures in full."

David Greenbaum

"Dr Greenbaum is like no other doctor you have ever met in your life. He is witty, caring, and totally involved with his patients. No one could ask for a better surgeon. The office staff.....Debby, is a very nice, intelligent, caring person who knows her job very well. Dr G conducts a support group called Bariatric Bunch which he, himself, leads every other Monday in the hospital cafeteria. He stresses a life time of aftercare. He is diligent in being sure his patient know exactly what they are risking and what they are in for physically. I would give Dr G a "10". Both surgical competence and bedside manner are very important to obese people, and Dr G rates a "10" in both areas. Well, I read the statement about 100% positive statements being suspect, but Dr G really is good. Ok, he could be a little less quick, but he really does give you whatever time you want, as long as you don't dawdle. And his wit could possibly be harsh to an overly sensitive person, but knowing him, he is not harsh. It is just his way. He is like a brother or a cousin rather than a doctor. A family member wouldn't be all sweetsy sweet with you, they would tell you like it is...so does Dr G and in a very nice way too. He is a big ham and likes to have a microphone in his hand at support meetings. He is a riot! Ok,now that is as negative as I can be for now. I will have surgery this coming thursday. Maybe when I am in pain I can think of something a bit more negative to say about him. We'll see. Well, I am now post-op and still don't have negative things to say about Dr Greenbaum, sorry. He is a wonderful surgeon and down-right nice guy. His bedside manner is wonderful too."
