Wishing you the best - Today I go for my 18 month check up. It has been a wonderful journey. I started at 256 and have been at goal weight for nearly eleven months I have lost a total of 90 lbs down to 156 - 158. Do what they tell you and the first couple of months are hard but once you get beyond that you will shine! Keep us updated! Good Luck.... Patsy
