After the six month follow up

Well to day I had my 6 month follow up with the surgeon. He was very impressed with what I looked like and all three pages of my blood work. Eight vials and six times in the arm to get what they needed. He had said that he wasn’t sure if it was me, and I told him I get that a lot. Then he was impressed with my weight lose and said that I could be his latest success story. I’m not sure that about that part but you never know. He quizzed me on the way I eat and what I eat, and drink. Because after I eat I can’t drink for a half to a hour, so it very important to get it right. Due to my diet I have changed the girls’ way of eating too. Tonight we had sloppy Joes (I don’t get the bread) with sweat potato fries. The sloppy joes had beef, onion, mushrooms, tomatoes, and some bar-b-que sauce in it. Real good flavor from Michelle the good cook, chip off the old block head. So a great day in all. I saw a guy that was in the same pre-op appointment and he did great to have lost 80 lbs. He was amazed at my lose of 120 lbs, but that is the difference between the band and the sleeve (I had the sleeve). But he also looked good. So if you see the guy in the picture it is me not someone that looks like me a few years ago.
