Keeping a journal of what is working for me and what isn't. Listening to advice from the bariatric team and find friends on a similar journey or who have been there before to motivate me. Hopefully by my 34th birthday in July I will have a surgery date.

Having dresses or skirts I would like to wear without having to wear thigh protectors. Have a board with my final goals and ways to get there on it. I want to start next year in a cute mini dress and not be afraid to show my legs.
