extra skinny clothes

All of my first round of skinny clothes are getting too big.  I was wearing 18-18.5" neck shirts.  I picked up a 16-16.5 and 17-17.5 to see what fit.  I wore the smaller today and my coworker said it looks too big.  Cool.

Not exactly sure what size my waist is but I'm thinking 40" maybe 38" if it is elastic.
