I chose to have this surgery is for my health. I had diabetes,HBP, high cholestrol, and bad knees. All my problems were quickly resolved as the weight came off. Within a year, I lost and kept off 135 pounds until a medicine put weight on me as a side effect, then Lyrica caused me to gain 25 pounds.But it all turned out well. I'm not diabetic, no cholesterol issues and I'm still hypertensive.
