Hello July... nice to see you.  Well, I have not been so loyal to the program last month but I think I have rallied and got back onboard the WLS train.  Here is my new measurements, some have changed and my self is 87 pounds less than I was on January 14th.  I am loving my summer clothes, sandles and life with lots of gusto and energy.

Its been quite a month. Inspite of all the Stalls, plateaus...what ever were calling it now... Grrr to it all.  However, I am pretty satisfied with the results of the weight and inches lost this month.

Im hoping for better next month ... we'll see.

and when I reach my goal....  SHEEEESH... what a hottie!

Well hello everyone... or anyone, lol.  I decided that I should take advantage of this page and put it out there.  SOOOOooooooo, I am gonna meet with the measuring tape and watch the progress in inches.  I have been really happy with the loss so far, it could be better if I got out more and rode my bike and walked...  I do, but not as much as I should.  I dont like doing it alone and friends work, or just do not like to exersize.  Thank god for Nancy and my DH Pete... they take the time when they can and entertain me on the trails.

ok, there we go.  Lets see what we got next week.... same bat time, same bat station!

Well today was preop, and preprocedure "inspection"...  what a long day in Denver.  However, it was all worth it cause its full steam ahead now.  On Monday, the 14th of January you women and men will have to move over for one more butt on the bench.  I look forward to being part of the team.

My husband has taken off work for 11 days to be in Denver with me and then home with me to be sure I ok before he goes back... gotta love that man of mine. 

So... its time...

  I taked to my surgical consultant yesterday and she advised me that we are moving ahead sooner. My new date is the 10th of January!!!!!!!!

I am going to go thru the fridge and cabinets to try to replace the less than nutritious foods with things that will benefit me and my family.  

Life changes are coming, and I just want to get in the right frame of mind.  Tonights menu is coming from a RnY patient cookbook.  It looks great. 

   Well, here we go... let the journey begin.  I had my consult today, my appt with the dietician and phyco is next week... and we are planning on surgery the JAN 14 th or  FEB 11th~!!!!!   Depends on wether or not Doc goes on his mission to the Phillipeans ( sp ) ......... OMG, here we gooooooo.... HORRAH!!!!
