128 lbs as of today...as always, still want to shed a few more ((i'm only 5'4) and tone up a bit again but, considering that i am not counting calories or exercising, can't really complain. still wear sizes 0-4 depending on the brand, etc.
the one positive change i noticed is that i finally stopped thinking/obsessing about weight all the time (i still do occasioanlly but it's not constantly on my mind)
hope everyone is doing well. cheers, nat

i'm at around 129 now and still fluctuate a little. i'm 5'4 would love to get back to to 115-120 range but, even at 129, i'm far from overweight so i guess i should count my blessings. i no longer follow the post-op diet--haven't in a while--over the last year i kind of figured that if i eat around 2000 cals a day, i maintain, more than that, i gain, less i (obviously) lose.
i unfortunately stopped exercising and really need to start again. it's been over 2 years since my RNY and about a year and a hald since i was last overweight BMI-wise. the whole obesity thing not seems like a distant nighmare but i know i will always have to be very careful to avoid falling into the old habits

i'm at 136 (BMI 23.3 as of today). got as high as 147 2 days ago (mostly water weight, thankfully.
today is my day 3 of going back to basics--i got down to as low as 116 at one point (this March), just 1lbs shy of my dream goal of 115 so i know i can do it again.
for a quite while, i stabilized in the 120-125range, which translated to sizes 0-2 (and an occasional small 4). i bougth a whole new wardrobe since wls (for obvious reasons) plus have been using a few 5-10year old pieces from my pre-op yo-yo dieting (skinny) periods. they are getting was too tight and my very favorite piece (a pair of 7 for all mankind jeans that i bought this March in size 24 waist when i was around 122lbs, i can no longer comfortably wear. i spent $150 on those outside-my-current-budget suckers to reward myself for 100lbs lost!!!! i looked so good in them and, superficial as it may be, that alone is insentive enough to get back in shape!!!!
wish me luck, everyone!

damn those last 10 lbs.
on the other hand, someone asked me if i was o model yesterday (it was an older lady, too, so it was not a cheesy pick up line). also, everywhere i go, giys always are so eager to help (like get my luggage up for me at the airport, give directions, etc.) without me having to ask. hmmm...i wonder why it never happened when i was 225lbs:)?
