I am 34 yrs old I reside in West Monroe , La. I am seeking to have the Gastric Sleeve in Louisiana .  I have medicaid  and  I am desperately seeking to have the wls .. I have a 3yr old daughter her name is Kenade and she is the greatest.  I am attending university of Phoenix studying Business Management .  My dream is to loose this weight and get healthy so hat I can be a excellent role model for my child..If anyone knows of a Dr. that  accepts medicaid only and can help me please let me know .  Thanks
