Just my Thoughts

So I should be working on my paper for school while I am teaching Summer School...don't worry the 8th graders are taking a rather long test do I have a lil down time. Sleepy as hail because I just had small meal # 3 (carbmaster peach yogurt, 2turkey slices, small bag of salsa sun chips (those things are good but I know I will not touch another bag for a week!)).
Anywho, since I am so dog on sleepy, I thought I would blog a lil until I wake up.
So how did it go this past week? Well I have not been getting on the scale as much as I used to that's a plus. I think I am still 260, I may have gone down a pound. Hey, I am happy I am not on the gaining of pounds team anymore. Excersize? I had one good "at the gym session".  I just don't know. I am not happy with my exercise process at all! I always seem to find an excuse. Like for last week, I would say that I was getting the 5th graders all squared away for the last days of school, I was moving to another home, but this is my thing I don't have an excuse not to wash my ass everyday! I just do it...so why is it so hard to commit to doing something?!?!? I am not trying to turn this into no pity party...just my thoughts.
So what have I eaten so far?
Well small meal #1 was a 100 cal kudo bar
small meal #2 was 2 turkey slices and string cheese and I mentioned #3 up above.
What about H20? I was on that bullshit yesterday. I barely got in 64oz. I have set a goal of 4 3.5 cups per session....my water bottle can hold 3.5 cups and I plan on drinking 4 throughout the day....alrighty then...I am back to being awake and off of this thing.
