"So far I love Dr. Giovanni. I have had no problems with the office staff in fact Cheryl that does the insurance end of it could not do enough to help. When I finally got done with all my testing she put the paperwork in, and the insurance company was going to refuse it. She called and did what we had to get done done. I have my surgery date for wednesday the 25th of January. I am a bit nervous but she put me at ease, so looking forward to start my new journey with my new tool!!"
