hi my name is joy jones,,I'm 38 years old..mother of 4 yes 4 ,Ive been way over weight since i was around 17 years old,it started as alittle here and there till now 347,I've been on a diet since January of this year 2010 ,i have lost down to 309,but i just cant seem to get anymore off,,i feel as if I'm drowning in my fat ,,I've got problems with my knees,lower back and my hormones are all messed up,last year i had a period that lasted 3months to where i had to have a surgery to stop it,,i hope that's not to much information,just wont to be honest with you guys,i also have depression/ anxiety problems , also high cholesterol ,acid reflux,stomach problems,with last but not least here lately some kind of spasms in my chest / gallbladder ,esophagal spasms which feels like a really bad heart attack..so you can imagine my surprise when i had did everything the doctor told me even the 6 months doctor visits with them for the insurance,and then they say you wont have no problem getting you surgery so they sent me in for my approval for surgery and blue care tenncare turned me down,,we are still fighting but please anyone who can help me please fell free to do so,,i really need this I'm so over this weight it is not even funny,,all the friends out there i need new ones so add me,,message me,,and help me threw this crap ,,thanks alot guys,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,joy jones
