sorry I've been MIA, I just haven't been working it and feel guilty and gross. lolI've been going between 156-158 for what seems like forever now and it's not coming off anymore. But that may be because we've slowed on the exercise and I'm just all flabby, it's gross. There are days when I feel like my old "fat" self, like today... I just feel blah.
I'm PMSing, don't mind me... lol
