" I had a Rny scheduled 4 years ago with another doctor in Cleveland and because I have a blood clotting issues and I have to take a blood thinner as well as not wanting a blood transfusion for religious reasons,the doctor called me 1 week before my surgery because he was nervous about operating on me.I canceled the surgery. If the doctor in Cleveland was nervous about the surgery I did not want him to operate on me and neither did my husband. Last April 2013 I decided I needed to do something so I made a appointment with Dr Dan. My husband and I went to see Dr Dan and after telling him about the blood clotting issues and not wanting a blood transfusion if needed, he was still very confident he could perform the Rny surgery. Dr Dan answered all questions and was very nice. After talking to me I felt confident and not worried. 2/13/2014 I had my Rny done by Dr Dan. I would recommend him he is surgically competent and has a great beside manner.I even got flowers the next day while in the hospital from Dr Dan.What doctor does that? The hospital nurses where right there for me and made sure I was always comfortable. I was in very little pain because they made sure I always got my medicine on time.Thank you Dr Dan"
