He really makes sure that you know this is not an easy fix, that this is something to be used as a tool. He went through all the risks and all the possible things that could happen. He told me how many people he has had problems with. It was the end of the day and he still spent 30 mins with me going through everything- even after he knew I watched an online presentation.
