Hi family. All is well here. I'm down to a 16
wow who would have thought, I haven't seen a 16 in 28 yrs. lol I'm also for filling my goals slowly. I still refuse to buy any clothes because for one I don't know how to buy them. I went out yesterday to buy a skirt or dress for church today. Needless to say it didn't happen because the first thing I did was go to the 3x's lol and I did it in every store I went into. Oh I did buy a shirt a week ago. It was a size L, because thats what I'm sure to (letters) xxx,xx,xL,L All I can say that when the time comes I'll have to take a shopper with me so that I don't come home empty handed. The ulcer seems to be under control, and I'm very thankful for that. I'm also graceful for the warm weather that is coming. I do hope everyone is doing well and keeping up with their diets. Yes, I've cheated more times than I care to share.Peace and Love
