First Nutrition Class

Today I attended my first nutrition class and I went out and purchased a pedometer and will begin walking tomorrow
.I have an appointment at the gym
to tour the club and join tomorrow as well so hope hopefully everything goes fine!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Week 3 of pre-op requirements

This is week 3 of pre-op requirements and so far I feel great everything that is being taught in class is coming together to me and it is helping to take the fear away that I had even thinking about surgery
.I have to continue attending these classes until September. Even though it seems so far off I am hoping and praying that time will pass by quickly because I can't wait to say goodbye to this big body and try on my new one!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
