in many ways! OCTOber 28th I'm gOing tO haVe anOther sUrgery I'm gOing tO get mY hernia repaired and get mY tummy tuck

OCT 15 WAS MY YEAR SINCE I HAD THE SURGERY DONE, AND I HAVE TO SAY I FEEL BETTER THAN EVER IT'S A WONDERFUL FEELING ALL TOGETHER I HAVE LOST 243LBS AND MY BMI WENT FROM 88.4 TO 46.7 WHOA THAT'S A LOT OF WEIGHT BUT I FEEL SO BLESSED. I HAD MY YR CHECK UP WITH THE SURGERY CLINIC AND THEY WERE SO AMAZED WITH MY WEIGHTLOSS...AND SO VERY HAPPY FOR ME. I ALSO GOT TO SEE DR. JOHNSON FOR THE FIRST TIME SINCE SURGERY, AND HE WAS VERY PLEASED WITH MY PROGRESS
I HAVE TO SAY I AM ALSO EVEN THOUGH I STILL HAVE A WHOLE LOT MORE TO GO. WE TALKED ABOUT GETTING MY TUMMY TUCK AND DR JHONSON SAID I WILL BE READY FOR ONE IN 6 MO. SO I'M SO VERY EXCITED AND CAN'T WAIT
I BEEN WORKING OUT EVERY SINGLE DAY AND FEEL SO GREAT WORKING OUT IS MY ADDICTION IT'S SO AWESOME TO SAY THAT, NOW INSTEAD OF FOOD BEING MY ADDICTION NOW WORKIN OUT IS IT'S SO WONDERFUL. I GO WORK OUT AT THE YMCA, AND SINCE I'M ALWAYS THERE ONE DAY THE STAFF CAME UP TO ME AND SAID THAT I WAS AN INSIRATION TO THEM THAT MADE ME FEEL SO WONDERFUL THEY ASKED TO TO WRITE MY INSIRATIONAL STORY I WAS SO EXCITED ABOUT THAT ITS SO AMAZING THAT I'M ACTUALLY AN INSPIRATION TO PEOPLE IT FEELS SO GREAT.

Hello everyone, sorry that I haven’t up-dated for a while I didn’t have access to the internet. But……I’m back! I had my surgery on October 15,2007 and a couple of days later the surgeons had to remove staples because the incision got infected I was left open, It was so horrible. I had to go through another surgery so they could put a wound vac in me. The wound vac is used to suck out all the infection. That time when I was put under I had a bad experience with waking up. I was so scared I tried to open my eyes, and I couldn’t, then I tried moving my arms & legs but I couldn’t! It was a long time until I woke up. When I was finally awake, I was scared of being put under again. The surgeons said they had to paralyze my body because they where unable to take out the tube from my mouth, because I was biting down on it. After that whole experience I was so traumatized that I kept asking do I have to have anymore surgeries? Well after that I had to get put under again because they had to clean out the wound and change the vac. Since I was so worried about being put under again, the anasialegist had to talk to me, about how they wouldn’t let that happen to me. Again they tried to comfort and calm me down. Well that time everything went well. I woke up fine, I had to go through 3 surgeries in all……..WHAT AN EXPERIENCE! After the second and 3rd surgery, I had to stay in intensive care until for a couple days, each time I was in the hospital from October 15th 2007 to November 1 2007 and It felt like months. I was thankful that all the doctors and nurses where good to me, I lucked out to have a good staff. I had to have the wound vac on for 2 months and I was glad to get that off because I have the oxygen to lug around too. Now its been 3 months, since January 15th
Since I’ve had the surgery, and my wound is almost closed up all the way. Its crazy how the body heals so fast. I have lost 91 lbs already. It feels great to be a looser, although I’ve lost that much weight it doesn’t feel like I have and sometimes all this feels like a dream. It doesn’t feel real. I just cant believe that I finally went thought this surgery because I’ve waited so long to have it done. For the 1st 2 months I had trouble with stomach problems. Everything I ate my stomach would hurt, so I would be afraid to eat because I didn’t want to feel sick. I still don’t eat many things I mainly eat soup and fruits that’s the only things that don’t make me feel sick. I know I should start eating a variety of foods. I need to start working out, im just waiting for my wound to completely close up. I still get very tired easily so that kinda stops me from wanting to work out, but I know that’s the only way im going to get stronger, by working out. Well im going to keep my profile up to date. MONDAY OCTOBER 15, 2007 IS MY SURGREY DAY
IT'S MY OPPERTUNITY TO START A NEW HEALTHY LIFE STYLE...I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR THIS DAY SINCE 2004 BUT BACK THAN THEY WOULDN'T LET ME GET IT DONE BECAUSE I WAS TO YOUNG COME ON 22 YEARS OLD IS NOT TO YOUNG, NOW LOOK THEIR PERFORMING SURGERY ON YOUNGER PEOPLE THAN THAT...IT MAKES ME MAD BECAUSE BACK WHEN i WAS 22 YEARS OLD I WAS 150LBS LIGHTER AND DIDN'T HAVE ALL THE HEALTH PROBLEMS THAT I HAVE NOW..IF THEY WOULD HAVE DONE THE SURGREY ON ME THAN I WOULDN'T BE SUFFERING LIKE I AM NOW..WELL I BELIEVE EVERYTHING HAPPENDS FOR A REASON AND GOD HAS EVERYTHING PLANNED FOR ME. I'M SO SCARED NERVIOUS AND ANXIOUS ALL AT THE SAME TIME...I'M SCARED BECAUSE THIS IS A RISKY SURGERY AS IT IS, AND THE SURGEN SAID THAT I'M HIS HIGHER RISK PATIANT SINCE I HAVE A LOT OF RESPERTORY ISSUES...I ASKED MY SURGEN HOW MANY SURGERYS HAS HE DONE ON PEOPLE AS BIG AS ME AND HE SAID 5 PEOPLE I THOUGHT WOW THAT'S NOT MANY DON'T GET ME WRONG I KNOW HE IS A GREAT SURGEN AND KNOWS WHAT HE IS DOING HE HAS DON'T MANY GASTRIC BYPASS SURGERYS ON PEOPLE, BUT NOT MANY ON HEAVYER PEOPLE LIKE MYSELF...I KNOW I'M SAFE BECAUSE I HAVE FAITH IN MY LORD AND SAVIOR AND I LEAVE EVERY THING IN GODS HANDS...I WOILD ALSO APPRECIATE IF U ALL CAN PRAY THAT I HAVE A SAFE AND FAST RECOVERY...THANK YOU ALL FOR YOUR LOVE AND SUPPORT..I WILL ALSO KEEP U ALL IN MY PRAYERS..I WANT TO THANK ANTONIA AND LUZ FOR ALL THE SUPPORT U HAVE GIVIN ME...GOD BLESS U BOTH

As I was so very excided looking forward for my pre-op Appt. for sept 28,2007 they called and said they reschedueld my Appt. for Oct. 5 I have no idea why...I went on a little road trip with my bestfriend to Rocky ford Co. to go visit her grandma, and usually I go with her everytime she goes, but since i have been sick i haven't gone in a while. When my friend asked me if i wanted to go with her I said yeah it would be nice to get away a bit..since i don't go anywhere anymore
...When i got home my mom was the one who told me that my appt. was changed for a differant day, so that brought my spirits down
it seems like this is taking forever..so i guess i have to wait a week later..I hope they don't change it again. that's all for now...thanx for reading...god bless u all xoxo
APPOITMENT WITH DR JHONSON

YAY I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR THIS DAY TO SET APPOITMENT TO MEET WITH THE SURGEN SO THEREFORE I WILL GET A DATE FOR MY SURGERY.I WAS GETTING VERY IMPATRIANT BECAUSE I WAS TOLD THAT I SHOULD BE GETTING A CALL FROM THE SURGENS OFFICE TO SET UP AN APPOITMENT THEY TOLD ME IF I DIDN'T GET A CALL BY THE 7TH TO CALL THEM, SO I CALLED AND MY PAPER WORK WASN'T FINISHED YET..OK WELL TODAY IS ALREADY THE 14 AND I STILL HAVN'T HEARD FROM THEM, SO I CALLED AGAIN TODAY..AND THE RECPTIONIST SAID SHE WAS GOING TO CALL ME TODAY BUT THE COMPUTERS WERE DOWN, SO SHE LOOKED UP MY FIILE AND,I WAS TOLD I WAS GETTING MY SURGRY DONE THIS MONTH IN SEPT. BUT FROM THE LOOKS OF IT I'M NOT..SINCE MY APPOITMENT TO MEET THE SURGEN IS ON SEPT 28, 2007...GOOD THING I DECIDED TO CALL TODAY..NOW I WILL ENJOY MY WEEKEND NOT WORRING WHEN I'M GOING TO GET THAT CALL.
