Great Day & It's Only 930am!

Hey guys!
Still fighting the flu over here, only now I've passed it to the hubby :P Why is it when I'm sick, I still do the house work and prepare dinner, get everything done that I normally would and sometimes more??!! Lol, but when Christopher gets sick ... WATCH OUT!! He's on the couch moaning and groaning, can't get up for his own glass of water and a cranky one, oh my!
Anyways, Been up since 630am got in a 45 minute brisk walk on an incline, about 3.2 miles and 15 minutes of aerobics!
Now just to keep my day going this way! I know I feel so much better when I workout, it's just to do it!
& my proudest moment of the morning, instead of a tea this am, I started out with a bottle of water!
Found this very inspiring quote on the forum this morning as well! Enjoy :)

5 Day Pouch Test

I need to regain control, 100%! I'm not satisfied with only having 80% control over my pouch!
Monday, I am giving the 5 day pouch test a try... Anyone care to join?
& for the record, I'm only waiting until monday because I have the flu right now lol :P
Anyone interested, let me know, I know we would be great support to one another!

Hello All :)
I just joined yesterday, and recently moved to a new area. So, I'm looking for some people I could relate to health wise.
I had my surgery November 10, 2008. I was at my heaviest at that point, 307 pounds. I was 19 and uncomfortable, both physically and emotionally. honestly, the best choice I ever made was having the surgery! I'm down almost 130 pounds, still have about 50 to go, to my goal, but in time I know I can do it!!
I'm very supportive and friendly and looking for the same! I need encouragment from time to time, as I'm sure most do!
