Its been awhile

Hey all.... I hope that you all had a wonderful Christmas :)
and you are ready for a New Happy Healthy New year !!

I'm just checking in.. It's been awhile since I posted.. All is good here. I'm still losing but slowly at this point.. I've had a few stalls but honestly, I'm to blame for that.. this past month from Thanksgiving to Christmas has been a challenge. I have learned that I can tolerate just about anything that eat..I just can't eat very much of it.. so needless to say, I have gone a little off track but I'm getting back on the program.. cause I am not ready to stop losing just yet.. I still have about 80 lbs to get to my goal... and I CAN DO THIS !!! 

In May I started this journey at 350 lbs ,  Aug. 1st day of surgery I was at 309 lbs... today,  almost 5 months out from surgery I am at 230 lbs...
Started in size 30/32 and am now wearing 18/20 and just bought my first size 16 pants and they actually fit  :o) Crazy !!! 

These past few months Ive really been struggling and having a hard time with my hair loss.. As vain as it sounds my hair has always been one of my good outter qualities... and I've lost at least half of it, and its still coming out.. I've had to cut probably 6 inches off but the good news is my last cut, I was told I have A LOT of baby hairs.... yahhhh!!! 
so, this too shall pass ....And I still have NO regrets !!
