Mark it on this day of October 12th, 2012, I, julyxo84 has made it back into ONEderland in over a decade. Now I know I'm barely in it, but darn it, I'm in it!!!!!

 

It's been exactly 1 year since my VSG surgery. I feel great and am so blessed to have a loving family to help me get the surgery. Over 100 pounds lost and can't wait to continue losing!

 

Got on the scale today after I went to the bathroom, and I'm down 100 pounds since surgery. I feel great! Still a long way to go until goal, and I can't wait. Slowly but surely this weight is coming off and I feel so much better physically and mentally!

  

I'm down 85 pounds today since the surgery, and half way to go, another 85 pounds. I can do this! 

So today marks month 7 since the surgery. I'm down a total of 75 pounds.

Today was also my first time at the gym. My aunt bought me a 6 month membership to LA Fitness, and used it for the first time today. I did 30 minutes on the tredmill, and then I did 30 minutes on a few different weight machines. Felt good, but I'm sure I'm going to wake up sore in the morning, haha. Now I just gotta keep myself motivated and go to the gym a few times a week! 

So yesterday was my 27th birthday, and my mom wanted to take a few pictures of me. So I just looked at the pictures and I'm dissappointed. I've lost 71 pounds since my surgery, but looking at my pictures I can't tell at all. I still look like my 345 pounds self. I guess I just need to start working out. Luckly my Aunt is giving me a 6 month membership to LA Fitness as a birthday gift.

Today has been 44 pounds lost since my surgery. I wanted to upload a picture to show how you can start to tell im losing weight.

First picture was taken yesterday and the 2nd was taken in October.



 

it's been exactly one month since my surgery and im down 26 pounds and feeling good! 

 I lost 10 pounds in 10 days. This is awesome losing a pound a day is great. I'm so happy, but I can't get too excited. Gotta keep moving and eat right so I can continue to lose the weight, yahoo!

I can't believe it's been 3 weeks since the surgery. That's insane.

I'm still on purees until next week. Yesterday I had:

B: Protein Shake
L: Hard boiled egg
D: Pureed turkey with onions and garlic

my snacks were sugar free popsicles.

Today I'm seeing my psychiatrist, and I get to tell him how i've lost 14+ pounds and that he doesn't need to worry about the medication he's giving me. :D
