Pros: They are fruit flavored "syrups" in a single size pouch. They come in various flavors. Mix/dilute with water. Tastes like kool-ade.
CONS: Made with Hydolized Gelatin Protein. It's an incomplete protein because it doesn't have any amino acids. "

What a wonderful, compassionate group! Everyone from Dr. Archer (the dude), to Kathryn Wilson (Bariatric Coordinator and wiz at everything), to LuAnn Lehnertz(Registered Dietitian/Nurtritionist - who makes it all so easy) and Karen Campbell (Psychologist - love her - she's helping me deal with my carb addiction, amoung other things)!! Add to that the fact that they are a Center of Excellence!! Would I trust my body and life with anything less?? These people have EVERYTHING worked out. You follow what they tell you, and you cannot help but succeed. All this, and I haven't had my RNY yet (scheduled for 1/11/11).
