small fill helps 5/6/09 down 168 pounds

went to the doctor last week.  He is soo thrilled with me.  He told me that ive probably lost more than anyone in their office. i have been strkuggling with close to the same weight for 2 months.  but i think this fill is starting to help.   it was a rediculously small fill...i think they only put in .015ccs in my Ap large band.   But it seems like its fine tuned so i dont need much to make it feel right again.    before this fill i was starting to snack more, starting to eat around the band and eating a tad more than i usually do during meals.  this one should help.  along with my stepped up excercise
