LIQUID DIET DAY 5 - TODAY IS DAY 5 OF MY LIQUID DIET AND I AM DOWN 6 POUNDS. THIS LOSS HAS HELPED TO MOTIVATE ME THROUGH TO MY DATE OF THE 23RD! CANT WAIT TO GET THIS PROCESS GOING! ALL SMILES!
