I'm a 34 year old married mother of 3 girls ages 14, 9, & 15 months. I am at my alltime high weight of 215 lbs. I don't even reconize myself anymore. It feels as if i am on the outside looking in at a stranger. I am only 5'2 i'm huge. I can't even breath anymore. I can't carry my daughter up the steps without loss of breath. I have bad knees they give out on me all the time. I used to weight 125 lbs and thought i was sooooo fat then. What i wouldn't do to be 125 again. My goal is to be able to play with my girls without having to sit down. I can't even take them for a walk i get short of breath. At the rate i'm going my heart will give out on me. I'm hoping i will get support here. t-
