Well I guess it's about time I tell you'll a little bit about me I am a 33 year old tired of being fat (just like all of us
) I have been big all my life and it's about time to stop talking about living well and start doing it. I am a mother of 3 teen-agers my son is 19 and my daughters are 17 and 15 and the proud Yah Yah of a 5 month old grand daughter. I want to be around to see their children and their childrens children and if I don't do something about my weight now I will not live to see all my kids grown. I have a wonderful partner who supports me in everything that I do. I want so much out of life I want to see the WORLD I want to be comfortable on an airplane. I know I am going on but I am new to sharing about me.
