Tuesday will be my 4 week post surgery anniversary. I have lost 25 lbs so far.

Ok, this week I worked 6 12 hour shifts sitting at a computer most of the day. I try to get up and walk for a few minutes every hour, but most of the time that is impossible. So, this week has sucked loosing weight. I have not lost any or gained any and feeling like I'm going to end up a miserable failure at this.

The head hunger is killing me. The only good thing about working the 12 hour shifts is I can't leave to get anything to eat. So, I am limited to what is available by what I bring each day. For the most part, I have done very well on my choices.

HELP!
