Regained All My Weight

March 2019.  Surgery was 2002 and I'm still at my original pre-op weight.  I have the vehicle, I just need to drive it correctly!  I need to find the post op diet and 'stupid food rules' that I previously rebelled against, and live with those food & rules.  This weight is not working for me.  This is not who I want to present to the world.  Is there a link to the post op diet and rules?  Having trouble location them.
