Hi Linda, I'm so glad to hear everything is going great. I'm very sorry I haven't been doing a very good job at keeping in touch, but I'm telling you, things haven't been going very well. I'm hoping that some of the junk is in the past and I'm on the straight and narrow road to recovery. I'm soooo very proud of you for your weight loss. I wish I was loosing. But what you're loosing I'm gaining...lol. Not really, but I have gained a few pounds. And now I've lost my insurance and don't know if I'll be having the surgery or not. We'll see I supose. Hi Linda....I read your profile and am so proud of you! I can't wait to see your "after" pics! My highest weight was 362, but I'm around 340 now. About 11 years ago I had a gastric band put on and got down to around 250. I was so happy and then gradually it all came back. I have several friends who had this same surgery with the same doctor and we have all put it back on. It was one of the earlier bands and it simply failed as did he by not telling us what do do AFTER the surgery. I've worked for almost a year to do what Aetna Insurance asked me to do to have a revision and just this month, my husband's company changed insurers to a comapny I know nothing about. Now I have to start all over again. Oh well, I have nothing but time on my hands, so I'll just wait this out. Thanks so much for the encouraging email....Allison

Hi everyone, I got an email from Linda's sister a couple days ago. She told me that Linda is doing great and that she's been up walking. She said the doctor wants to see her walking a little more and that when she can make a couple more laps around the nurses station she will be allowed to go home. Keep those prayers comming and thank each and everyone of you that posted to her page and let her know you were praying for her. God Bless you all.
