pre-op appt

Pre-op appointment today.  Dr. Garcia and his nurse Christine are so nice. They were both glad to see me back and approved so soon.  Got weighed on the "fancy" scale that gives the printout.  Yikes! I will be getting more of these printouts to track my progress after surgery and every time i have an appointment over the next years.  Then picked up my pre-op diet stuff.  2 bags must have weighed almost 20 pounds.  Start the diet tomorrow, then surgery on Oct 14th!!!!!!
I am so friggin' happy!
