"My very first impression of Dr. Vierra was that he is a very realistic doctor. He wants you to follow his instruction and only expects the best after you doing so. My second impression took place during my first appointment and it was then that I realized what an awesome physician he really is! He really cares about his patients and wants the best for them and he gives credit for applied effort. The office staff was wonderful. At the time I went in, they were swamped with patients, it was quite obvious, but they didn't let it show in their approach to customer service. "
