My story is most likely just like everyone elses.  I am tired of losing at the losing game.  It is time that I am a winner!  I am just like most of us out there, done every attempt at weight loss. I have tried every diet, every fad, every exercise. I am ready to be the woman who is beautiful from head to toe, instead of just having a "nice face".  I am ready to spend the time on ME instead of others. I am ready to make a difference in my life and I am just plain Ready for a CHANGE!
