What a year!

Wow, it is hard to believe that it's been a year since my surgery and what a year it has been. I am currently 12 lbs away from my goal, but I am considering changing my goal because I am happy where I am.  I am smaller now than I have been in 22 years and it feels great.  There were times when I was for sure that I would be the one person that surgery didn't work for but I was wrong.  It worked and then some.  I am so happy that I made the decision to take control of my life and get healthy.  It was the best thing I have done.
