I know it has been a while.  I got my first fill yesterday (4cc) and am back on liquids for 3 days, etc.  I feel pretty good and more energetic.  I am still always hungry and am missing the chips, chocolate and soda.  I just want to cave, but after seeing 28 lbs come off already, why would I ruin that.  I am still wearing my same clothes and nothing seems to be looser, very disappointing.   I bought the Wii system 2 weeks ago and have been playing tennis and softball the most.  I think its helping.  Will update more later!

I am going for my band on this Wednesday, 2/25/09, and I am terrified.  Instead of losing weight prior, I have actually gained 7 pounds due to my emotional eating habit.  Which, personally I hope I can break the habit.  I have had some wonderful help from a couple of wonderful girls MICHELLE AND VICKIE on OH and want to thank them from the bottom of my heart for the encouragement towards this surgery.  I also have been reading every possible person's story and forums for the support I need.  My family is (some of them anyway) here for me, but still don't understand what I am going through emotionally. 

I have been a little on the heavy side for as long as I can remember.  Then about 10 years ago, the weight just kept coming on and depression would hit, so I would eat more, and then more weight would come on.  Now I am 290 pounds and ready for a complete turn around.  Even when I was 150 pounds I was still never smaller than a size 10/12.  Thanks to being big boned LOL.  But now being a size 24 I would take anything close to a 10 again. 

I am looking forward to meeting many OH friends and helping to support one another.  Wishing all good luck!!

 

UPDATE: Band removal 9/9/2016. Didn't work ever. HW 302 CW 288  .. Getting sleeve 11/1/2016
