six days past surgery.....feeling like a human being again!!!! Learning what my new "stomach" feels like. The journey is worth it!!!

My surgery is scheduled for July 1st.
I am excited to begin.
I am now on the 4th day of liquid diet and experiencing muscle aches and joint soreness. I am thinking that this is a result of my body detoxing.
I have at least 75 pounds to lose. Will make a decision later if it needs to be more.
I have been a yo-yo dieter for the last 30 years. Longest time to keep the weight off was 6 years. I also have a thyroid condition and have completed menopause. I really do not have any weight related health issue at this time and want to keep it this way.
