OVER 2 YEARS NEED TO GO BACK TO MY GOOD HABITS

Hi everyone,
Is been such a long time since I dont come by.....well so Many thingS had happend in this last months....first I got pregnant of my husband new one by the way...I stared this jorney at 417 and when I got pregnant I was 217 almost got to my goal...but them again I find this new guy who I feel in love with....and I got pregnant..after 1 year and a half of my surgery....now my baby born on January 25 2011....he is today 25 day old....I'm the happiest mon of the world my son is healthy and I'm in love with my hubby...and my two kids....but now I need to get back in track and continue to try to get to my goal wich is to get to 180 pounds....right now after my pregnacy I weight 250....I'M SO DEPRESSED BECAUSED I WANT TO GET BACK BUT I DONT KNOW HOW WITH MY PREGNACY I EAT THINGS THAT I NEVER THING OF EATING AFTER  SURGERY...NOW I DONT EAT ANYMORE 4 OR 5 OZ LIKE I USED TOO I DONT EAT AS MUCH AD BEFORE SURGERY BUT I EAT SO MANY SWEET THINGS...THAT I SHOULD NOT....WELL I KNOW I HAVE TO GET BACK BUT I DONT EVEN REMEMBER WHAT TO DO ANYMORE....I DONT EVEN REMEMBER WHAT VITAMINS AND PROTEINS I NEED...PLEASE HELP..THANKS A LOT.
