My name is Chrissie and I am 33 years young. I am married to my husband Trevor. Together we have 6 children. He had 3 prior and I had 2, we together had 1. I have struggled with weight for the most part of my life. More so, in the past 15 years. The worst of it was in these past 5 years, when no matter what I did, I would gain weight and never lose, or maintain my weight. I had been wanting the surgery but was scared. I know several people that had it done, with great outcome. However I do know of 2 people that didnt have such a good outcome, 1 was my cousin to which, she could not control her compulsive eating and her stomach exploded. She was within weeks of her surgery and it wasnt ready for that just yet.
