Went back to the doctor on the 19th for another fill and at that time I was weighing in at 214 and now I am 208, only 58 pounds away from my goal weight. I really can't believe that I am only 58 pounds away from it, this has been a very great time in my life and I am very proud to say Thank Goodness for Dr. Brown and his wonderful staff that help me get started on the new me. I just can't believe that in hopefully no time I will be at my weight that I have never been at before in my life. It will feel so great knowing that people are looking at me for different reasons and maybe also with the new job that I am starting will also help my faster losing of the extra weight. If anyone was to ask me if I would do it over again, I would tell them YES.. I will hopefully be able to add some new pictures soon. Later.

Well, I had another fill but only .5 cc and she told me that she could not put angain more in due to the fact that it would not be a wise thing for me. The next time that I will have to go for another fill is when I start to feel as if I am not losing and or if I feel like I am wanting to eat to much. I will just be sooooooo glad when I reach a weight under 200 and right now that is only 10 punds away but it seems to take to much time. I know, working out and doing everything that is excepted is a MUST an that is what I am doing. It has been so long since I was under 200 that I just want it to get here.

Well, yesterday I had another fill and they put in 2cc more so now I have a total of 7cc in a 10cc band. I didn't eat anything yesterday just drank some fluids and the way I feel today with not being hungry, I will just have fluids today, not hungry at all. My next Doctor's appointment is for Jan. 17, 2008 so hopefully by then I will have lost more and can get some more fluids into the band.  All in all I do feel great never felt better. Well, I am going to have to make an appointment with my doc because I have reached a stopping point but they told me that when I stopped losing to give them a call and we would set up the appointment for me to come back in and get another fill. I have not had one since Oct. because I was losing to mu to fast, so Monday I will give them a call and see if I can get in soon.I think that we have gotten around 10 inches of snow since Friday and today is just Sat night almost Sunday. Have to get ready for work. Take care my friends.

Well I am still the same weight but I know that now it is going to be more of a slow pace but that's ok. Also it may be that I have changed working hours and that makes a difference there to. Well. I got up this morning to freezing rain but it is to start snowing sometime this evening, before I have to go to work at midnight until 8 am in the morning. Oh well, I hope that all my friends are doing good and that their road to a new them is going as great as they wanted.

After another computer break down and having to buy another one, I am back and just wanted to let you know that I am now at the weight of 214 pounds. So I have lost a total of 54 pounds and I also have added the Weight Tracker. I hope that all of my friends are doing great on their progress. I work out every day either on the Total gym or on a Noric Track skier machine that I borrowed from my aunt plus I am also on the midnight shift at work so I sleep during the day and work at night so not to much eating here and I know that that will help some.  I am going to see if I can get some of my pictures into this computer and update my pic's. I wish all the best and that they are feeling as great as I am.

Yes,I am starting my 5 week now. On the 8 of this month I had my first check up since the surgery and they said that I am doing great so on the 13 of Sept. I have my first fill. I can't wait. I also start college classes on the 22 of this month as well as working full time. I am going to have a very busy time ahead of me but I can do it

Well it is now 4 weeks after my surgery and I feel great. Everyone at work has noticed and are always asking what I am down to now. I always reply with a very huge smile from ear to ear and tell them.  I have as of today lost 33 pounds and feel all the engery coming out and keeping me going all day long.

I can not believe that it is almost July. COME ON JULY 24!!!!!!!Back on the 15th of June I had my sleep study done and you know it, I am going to need a CPAP machine because I stop breathing. Oh well I guess I will get it and then see what happens after I lose the weight. It is getting hotter and hotter here in Cheyenne and I hope that soon it will cool off a little but I doubt it.

Well, I got my approval letter yesterday and since this is going to be the first time that I have had any type of surgery performed, I called my Doctor's office to make sure every thing was ok on their side.  I just can't believe that it is getting closer to my DREAM date to a new life.
